Contractors Growth Partner LLC ("CGP", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and the individuals we interact with in the course of providing services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
From Clients: We collect business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, Employer Identification Number (EIN), service areas, and payment information necessary to provide our services.
From Homeowners (Campaign Recipients): In the course of operating SMS campaigns on behalf of our clients, we may collect contact information including phone numbers and responses. This information is used solely to facilitate lead generation on behalf of the applicable client.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to: provide and manage lead generation services; register and operate SMS campaigns on behalf of clients; process payments; communicate with clients about their accounts; improve our services; and comply with legal obligations.
EIN Usage
Client EINs are collected solely for the purpose of registering 10DLC SMS campaigns with carriers on the client's behalf. EINs are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required for campaign registration with telecommunications carriers and aggregators.
Data Sharing
CGP does not sell client data to third parties. We may share information with: telecommunications carriers and SMS aggregators for campaign registration and delivery; payment processors for transaction processing; and legal or regulatory authorities if required by law.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain client information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Upon termination of services, client data may be retained for up to 24 months for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
